I did have a different post planned for today, but find that I am not in the mood at the moment to blog.
This may make me sound silly, but my cat is sick and it might be his time. He's really old so I suspect he might not make it this time around. I've had him for 16 years, and he's my baby. The experience has made me too depressed to blog.
So I will be gone for a few days, I don't know how long. Tomorrow's my birthday, so I probably won't be around then whatever happens with Greysen.
Back soon, hopefully.

That's not silly at all. I've always had pets and I know how difficult it can be. Just thinking about it makes me sad. :( Hopefully everything turns out well.

It is not silly when you spend 16 years or 5 minutes with a pet they touch your heart and your life deeply and it is like losing family so perfectly understandable if you feel sad or even ill yourself, take care!

ReplyDeleteOh it doesn't sound silly. My dog is my baby and I love her so much and she's had two have two surgeries due to kidney stones and oh I hope everything goes okay with your cat. I hope my dog lives to 16 or so. Remember that you always have memories

ReplyDeleteOh I'm so sorry. It's never easy when a pet is sick and it's horrible when we lose them. We had three dogs but our 15 year-old cocker spaniel became very ill for a few weeks and died in January on my husband's birthday. I miss him very much.
