LOL of the Week(end): It Burns

It's almost Halloween, are you ready? In honor of the approaching holiday I not only have a new Basement Cat LOL, but this one has a hairless Basement Cat in the bargain.

Can you believe the look on his face? Yeah, that's the point where I would call animal control.
